Somatic Breathwork
Ready when you are.

What is Spitirus Breathwork?
Wether you’re seeking to cultivate deeper personal awareness, heal past traumas or unlock hidden potential this practice is for you.
When we engage in deep and conscious breathing, we create a profound connection between our body, mind, and spirit. This connection allows us to tap into our inner wisdom and intuition, guiding us towards our unique path in life. By quieting the noise of our busy minds and tuning into the present moment through the breath, we can gain clarity and insight into our deepest desires and aspirations.
Breathwork opens up channels of self-awareness and self-discovery. It allows us to explore our inner landscape, inviting us to reflect on the things that bring us joy, fulfillment, and purpose. Through this practice, we can connect with our authentic selves and cultivate a deep sense of alignment with our true calling.
Peter A Levine, PhD
“You don’t have to know the facts of your story to be able to reprogram the symptoms or the outcomes.”
Breathwork is a powerful practice that can be used as a tool for healing trauma. When we experience trauma, whether it’s from a specific event or accumulated over time, it can become stored in our bodies on a subconscious level. These unresolved emotions and experiences can manifest as physical tension, anxiety, depression, or other mental and emotional difficulties.

Concious Connected Breathing offers a way to access and release these trapped energies. By engaging in deep and conscious breathing, we create a profound connection between our body, mind, and spirit, allowing for a new level of self-awareness to emerge. The rhythmic and intentional breath allows us to tap into our body’s wisdom and activate our innate healing capacity.
During a breathwork session, altered states of consciousness can be reached. This allows us to explore and respond to sensations and emotions that arise within us with compassion and curiosity. We can detach from these sensations, avoiding identification with them. In this safe and supported space, we can navigate the roots of trauma, even accessing implicit memories that have been forgotten for years. By acknowledging, releasing, and completing these cycles of pain with compassion and forgiveness, we can liberate ourselves from their grip.
Breathwork provides an opportunity to reprogram the subconscious patterns and responses that may have been formed as a result of trauma. Through the power of the breath, we can cultivate a sense of freedom, liberation, and healing within ourselves. It is a practice that invites us to embrace our whole being and tap into our own resilience and capacity for transformation.
